Personal Description:

It is my belief that every student can learn and that it should be an enjoyable and rewarding pursuit. By translating interests into motivation, learning leads to true understanding. I traveled to many places while growing up and can tutor widely diverse students. I was a Teaching Assistant as well.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics. I spent some time studying Economics at another institution and I went on to earn my master's degree in Government and Public Policy. I especially enjoy tutoring students in microeconomics and other economics topics.

Tutoring Approach:

Tutoring should involve a sense of fun for both the tutor and the student. When both parties are fully engaged in the material, the student can develop a more thorough understanding of the subject at hand. I like to get to know what my tutoring students want to learn and the areas where they are struggling.
