Hello! My name is Brandon and I am in my third year of my Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Mathematics at the University of Alberta. After completing my degree, I plan on going into education and become a high school math teacher.
I love hockey, football, and soccer (playing and watching) and have a lot of experience with working with kids! I have coached soccer, been a camp counselor, and a youth group leader at my church.
Throughout junior high and high school I thrived in mathematics and physics finishing with grades consistently in the 90's. Math has always been a passion of mine and I believe with the right help, anyone can be successful in math and I hope I can help you get there!
I have tutored mathematics and physics throughout junior high and high school. I had stopped for a few years as I had been working as well as trying to focus on my own studies in University but I am eager to get back into helping students!
I have experience teaching a wide variety of students of any age, grade level, or learning disability.
After tutoring my students, every single one has found increased success on final exams and diplomas.
I believe that any concept can be broken down into parts. By going through each part carefully and thoroughly, math can be simplified to make it seem much less daunting.
