Personal Description:

I am a scientist to be with a passion in education; Currently finishing my MSc degree in Medical Biophysics at University of Toronto, faculty of medicine. I have been tutoring in different settings since I was 13. My subjects of special expertise are math, physics and English.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring is to observe the students abilities, interests and methods of learning. I first make an effort to know my student and know what kind of person I am dealing with. Knowing the type of personality and the best ways the student can learn, I adjust my method of teaching. I would like to create an atmosphere of mutual trust and acceptance between myself and the tutee where the first priority is learning. I would like to assure the tutee that they are in a safe and positive environment where the only aim is to make progress and be on the way of reaching their goals without any judgement or negative pressure. I would like to have a positive impact in the students’ lives and education as well as being a useful moral support.
