Hi,
My name is Lily. I am a native of France who came to settle in Canada 8 years ago.
I love communicating with people around the world, learning about their culture, their worldview, exchanging photos and memories.
My husband and I are from different countries and cultures, which will give our future children an incredible cultural richness.

Tutoring Experience:

I have one as a french tutor, mainly with adults and teenagers. I gained this experience at a college located in Dallas, Texas.

As I am learning English, I am aware of the difficulties that can be experienced when learning a language.

Tutoring Approach:

First at all, having a smile at all times is essential.
Then, it is important to keep pace with each student and encourage them for their efforts so that they do not get discouraged.
Involve each student in his success by challenging and encouraging them.
Listen to how you build the comments.
Clearly define with each student the achievable goals they wish to achieve. Regularly evaluate and follow up to validate that the objectives are achieved.
For me, learning is done by pleasure. So I take the time to make sure that learning can be done either by games, or by exchanges on various topics and games that passionate students.
