This is how a referee rated Aryan:
With a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Systems and having expertise in computer networking and Information Security. I have experience in technical support for 2 years and CompTIA Security+ certified. I feel confident that I can implement, design, monitor, and evaluate the security systems and provide technical assistance by configuring Computer Networks and Computer Systems, and peripheral devices. I believe that with my strong understanding of Information Systems Security and Computer Networking gained throughout my educational background and technical experience as well as superior organizational and analytical skills, I can provide this knowledge to the people who are enthusiastic as me.
As for my teaching philosophy, I follow to main ideas. First, to teach students such that they become capable of dispensing with me qua professor in a more or less near future. Second, to teach students such that they become able to raise what I call "irritating" questions and doubts. As I see it, all great scientists, minds, and thinkers were able to raise irritating questions and challenge the status quo.
My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. In my classroom, I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling education in order to be productive and valuable members of society. When teaching my students I plan and implement a variety of teaching pedagogies to emphasize engaged learning, communication, literacy, numeracy, collaboration, and problem-solving through a range of technologies
