Personal Description:

I am currently a 3rd year undergrad at the University of Waterloo, studying Mathematics and Psychology and preparing for a career in research and teaching. I’m living in Toronto for this Winter term for work and am looking to work on the side as a tutor. I hope to hear from you, cheers!

Tutoring Experience:

I have private tutoring experience with first year of university students in Mathematics, Physics and Economics. I was also a teaching volunteer for outreach programs for under-privileged children in India for 2 years aged 6-16 in Mathematics and English, and a camp counsellor at Wahanowin. So I've spent a fair bit of time interacting with and teaching children

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to teaching generally depends on the people I have to work with, but broadly speaking I like to work through examples and problems and let people realise the underling principles of a topic for themselves. I can also make you worksheets on any specific material if you would like some additional practice.
