Tutoring Experience:
Health Promotion Mentor: Guided children aged 7-10 through a health program with the aim to improve early literacy, numeracy, and healthy living skills.
Gymnastics coach: Developed and executed weekly agendas and activities for children aged 4-14.
YMCA Camp Floater: Coordinated and supervised social, physical, and educational activities for children.
Tutoring Approach:
I am a very enthusiastic and excited tutor! I value open communication, making sure the tutees feel comfortable, and creating an overall positive learning environment.
When teaching languages, I like to use real life examples to make the content applicable. I encourage regular practice, but I know that this is sometimes difficult. I aim to create work sheets that are fun to make them memorable.
I love to celebrate my students achievements so that know their hard work and dedication is appreciated!
