Personal Description:

A physical therapist, I am also a biology tutor who will answer all your questions and understands the various stages of learning. I work with students of all ages and can get in the mindset of a student who is learning. Taking on a wide range of skills and subjects in my 20s, I have a fresh memory and understanding of the learning process.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a bachelor's degree in Russian Studies and am currently studying physical therapy as a graduate student. For over 10 years, I have been tutoring peers and younger students. My natural energy lets me get through to students regardless of their personality type or skill level.

Tutoring Approach:

As an effective learner, I understand the process and always look to see where a student is stuck. I can employ problem drills, flashcards, mnemonics, drawing, songs, and other strategies to help them learn. For students who struggle, I motivate them to keep trying, and find a specific aspect of the material that is challenging them the most.
