Personal Description:

It's my goal when I tutor students in math that they do their very best, and I do what I can to make that happen. I think that if my student doesn't understand the topic at hand, I haven't done my job well. In addition to basic math tutoring, I can help students prepare for the Math sections of standardized exams like the ACT and SAT.

Tutoring Experience:

I graduated with my bachelor's degree in Integrative Biology. When I tutor a student, I use different methods in order to find what works best for each student. I am available to be a math tutor to elementary, middle, and high school students as well as those at university.

Tutoring Approach:

I'm dedicated to helping each of my students reach their full potential. When I first meet with a student, I like to get to know their struggles by reviewing some past homework or test questions they had a hard time with. Once I find the pattern in the problems, I can tell the strategy I need to use to help the student.
