Personal Description:

Full qualified and experienced English teacher that is also very familiar with Canadian and American requirements for graduation, as well as how each portion of student responses are graded. I have over 10 years of online tutoring experience, and over 15 years of classroom experience in the United States as well as Quebec and Ontario. My interests include travel to national parks across North America, making jewellery, water colour painting and landscape photography.

Tutoring Experience:

I am a fully certified and credentialed teacher in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. I am also a certified teacher for the state of Virginia. I have taught in both the private and public school sector and am a fully credentialed Montessori teacher.

Tutoring Approach:

I am an approachable educator, that effectively communicates with my students on a regular basis. Together, students and I corroborate with parents and other instructors to boost language and writing skills, as well as encourage student thoughts and active conversations on the studied topics. Altogether, a well-rounded approach is used.
