Personal Description:

Hi, my name is Albert. As a chemistry tutor, I build on my experience of tutoring others throughout my academic career. I enjoy helping others and figuring out how people learn. Learning should be fun and I like to keep study sessions light hearted, while adapting my teaching style to fit the student's needs.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. I minored in math while earning my bachelor's degree. In addition, I've worked as a research and laboratory assistant and have tutored through many different academic support systems.

Tutoring Approach:

I help students find meaning in the subject so it's easier to understand. It's important to get to know a student and the teaching method they're most comfortable with. I keep realistic goals and focus on one hurdle at a time. If my explanation doesn't help, I'll find one that does, and show the student how knowledgeable they could become.
