Personal Description:

I can help students with a number of reading, writing, or English skills. As an English tutor, I can lead personalized sessions that help students reach for their goals in a supportive environment. Students can cover the skills and concepts that are most pertinent to their goals, and I am able to lead sessions at whatever pace is best for the student.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry/Biophysics and Biology. I have a Ph.D. in Medicine and a master's degree in Biomedical Engineering. I worked as a Learning Assistant for freshman students in college, and I have multiple years of tutoring experience.

Tutoring Approach:

As an English tutor, I try to learn what a student's strengths and weaknesses are and exactly how they learn best. I believe any student can learn, and I work to create an environment where individuals can improve their knowledge of the material and develop valuable study skills.
