Personal Description:

I am an economics tutor for high school students. In addition to tutoring students in economics, I am also available to work with them in related fields such as microeconomics and macroeconomics. I have personal experience with honors versions of these courses in the IB and AP programs.

Tutoring Experience:

I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in neuroscience and economics. Throughout my high school career, I took all honors classes in the IB and AP programs and I earned an IB Diploma upon graduation.

Tutoring Approach:

The best way to learn is to have a firm foundation of the basic concept. Only then is it appropriate to incorporate new material. This is accomplished with repetition but it's also important to build the skill of learning itself. When working with a student, I am constantly revising my instructional delivery methods to reflect the needs of the student and regularly showing them how far they've come.
