Candace is extremely professional and encouraging. I am a mature age student who has attempted and failed many studies as I struggle processing theory concepts. Especially when I have to apply theory to practice. I have spent 3 months on one question and finally before giving up decided to get help through online tutoring so I did not have to waste time travelling. Candace comments help to order my thoughts and my notes. I condense my notes based on her comments and then when I get blocked and confused I stop and send them back to her and she guides the next steps.
