Personal Description:

I am a business owner specialising in web design, web application development, databases and photo enhancement services. Over many years of university education and commercial work experience, I have acquired a diverse set of skills in business, computer skills, project management and leadership.

Tuition Experience:

I spent over 8 years working in the Education & Training sector. During my tenure in the Education & Training sector I have taught business and Information Technology subjects in a formal classroom setting. I also provided one-to-one support to students who live with neurological disabilities in particularly difficult subjects such as JavaScript and databases.
I also have a couple of years experience with providing education to distance learners in an online environment but I am much more comfortable with providing tuition face-to-face.

Tutoring Approach:

My teaching style is "demonstrate followed by action". In other words, I will show you how to do something using an example and then, I will give you the opportunity to do it yourself. If it's a particularly tricky concept then I will guide you every step of the way and then, I will let you have a go on your own.
