Personal Description:

I am an applied mathematician with more than ten years of experience teaching mathematics at the tertiary level. My teaching method is conceptual understanding and using technology (mathematical software). My long experience teaching students of different mathematics levels helps me identify their weaknesses and guide them to an effective way of learning concepts to improve their skills. Tuition Experience:

More than ten years of overseas experience teaching basic and advanced mathematics at the tertiary level and about four years tutoring Mathematics in Australia.

Tutoring Approach:

Over the years of teaching, I have noticed that almost all students have an acceptable ability to learn mathematics and understand its concepts. But, unfortunately, some of them mistakenly thought they had no mathematical talent. While often the problem was elsewhere. Generally speaking, students who do not get good results in exams or class activities often compare themselves with successful students and lose their self-confidence because they can not identify the root of the problem. If this is the case, asking for help from a motivated and experienced tutor/teacher can be extremely helpful.
I am patient, and my teaching method is based on conceptual understanding. Having a long experience in educating students with different levels of mathematics helps me recognise students' weak points and conduct them to an effective way of learning concepts to improve their maths skills.
