Information About Wiliam - Betchworth teacher

Personal Description:

I began playing the drums when I was eight years old in 1989. I formed my first band with friends when I was twelve and we eventually starting playing gigs in London whilst still too young to drink in pubs! I've enjoyed a varied career as a drummer, touring the UK and doing studio sessions for unsigned solo artists, as well as playing wedding gigs. I'm currently in a prog rock band who are writing their second album for release and also a live drum&bass band!

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching full time since 2017 and am equally comfortable teaching young children and retired adults, whether complete beginners or more advanced.

Tutoring Approach:

I will follow the Drumsense teaching programme with beginners, based on what the student is hoping to achieve. Any intermediate or advanced students, we can sit down and discuss what developments you are hoping to make in your playing. I can also take students through the Trinity College and Rock School Grades.
