Personal Description:

I am professional musician and guitar teacher with a decade of teaching experience. I adept at utilizing a variety of teaching methods to engage and inspire students, from beginner to advanced.

After my graduation with First-class Bachelor of Music (Honours) degree from Istanbul Yildiz University, I completed my Master Degree in Music (Guitar Performance) at Conservatorium Maastricht, Netherlands where I was awarded Zuyd Excellence Scholarship and scholarship from Kingdom of the Netherlands. Here I studied with world-renowned guitarist and prestigious teacher Carlo Marchione.

I am prize winner of numerous national and international guitar competitions. I have participated in masterclasses with such distinguished artists as David Russell, Lorenzo Micheli, Marcin Dylla, Aniello Desiderio, Carlos Bonell, Michael Lewin and Graham Anthony Devine.

Tutoring Experience:

I have worked with all ages, from younger children to teenagers and adults.
Having prepared students for all levels of grades, I am familiar with all the exam boards, including ABRSM, LCM and Trinity College.

Tutoring Approach:

I use a range of teaching methods to suit the needs of each student and the requirements of classical guitar education. I love helping students of all ages and abilities to realise their goals, and works towards these goals in creative and inspiring ways.
