Personal Description:
Juilliard graduate (New York) with a Bachelor degree in music performance. Currently play with the London Symphony and London Philharmonic Orchestras. Have experience in Solo, chamber and Orchestral performance.
Also have an ATCL qualification.
Tutoring Experience:
Several years teaching kids from as young as four years, to adults. Have taught exam preparation and also for peoples personal goals.
Tutoring Approach:
Place importance on being able to read music, as well as being able to play by ear for young children. Try to make it fun and incorporate well known music. For my older students, importance placed on individual practise and attention to basics throughout, as well as musicianship.
