Apart from being very musical myself and have always loved music, I feel that I am very good with both people and children and can relate well to others and am very understanding, empathetic and can believe anyone is capable of reaching their own goals if they try hard enough. I achieved grade 5 in piano, flute and music theory and can also play the recorder and would be willing to teach up to that standard.
I have mainly taught younger children and beginners most of whom friends and relatives in the past to play the piano, flute and recorder for fun. I am now tutoring many different pupils ranging in different ages from young children up to older adults in the comfort of their own homes. Due to my busy schedule now after school and at weekends l'm afraid my current availability to teach is only during the week Monday-Friday between 9am-3pm.
In five words - calm, patient, easy going, empathetic and understanding!
