Information About Sarah - Barnet teacher

Personal Description:

I am a graduate of the Royal College of Music holding a Bachelor of Music and Master of Performance with Distinction. I am a professional Pianist, holding many successes in competitions and performances held around London, Europe and Korea.

Tutoring Experience:

I have almost fifteen years of private teaching experience with complete success in all students’ ABRSM exams. I have also taught piano at schools including St Mary’s School, Ascot and Hill House School in Knightsbridge. I am currently based in Barnet.

Tutoring Approach:

I am a deeply devoted teacher, eager to reach the peak of each students’ gifts. I achieve this by building trust, encouraging confidence and developing perseverance skills. I teach with kindness as well as providing challenges according to each individual’s needs. It is my true and great reward to see students experiencing real joy in making making, overcoming challenges as well as reaching and exceeding their goals.

I believe that my ultimate aim as a teacher is for the student to always joyfully carry and share this gift of music throughout their lives.
