Personal Description:
I have been working in the music industry in London for over 20 years which included owning a Studio on Portobello rd for 12 years.I have produced and played on many records and have worked with some of the best session musicians in the world.
I picked up the guitar at 16 (I am 44 now) and have worked through various styles of electric and acoustic and over the last 8 years I have studied classical guitar.
Tutoring Experience:
I have a dedicated teaching room in South Ealing which has been running for 2 years. I teach any age group on a one to one basis.
Tutoring Approach:
Due to my experience with lots of different styles of music I try to offer what is requested but also I will offer guidance. If the pupil is a younger beginner I have found a more structured approach using numbered exercises and music notation gives them a sense of achievement and a good grounding.More mature pupils tend to have a style in mind.
