Tutoring Experience:

With over 8 years of teaching experience, Rebecca offers a fun and interactive service, backed up with solid grounding in Vocal Technique and Performance. Before the coronavirus outbreak, Rebecca worked with National Youth Choir of Scotland, delivering their singing programme to a number of schools across the province. She has also taught singing at several schools and institutions including Our Lady & St Patricks College Knock, and Belfast Philharmonic Choir. Although primarily Classically trained, Rebecca teaches a healthy singing technique which can be applied to any genre, and she is happy to explore this with you in lessons through exploring genres including Musical Theatre, Jazz, Pop/Commercial and Traditional.

As well as being an accomplished singer, Rebecca studied Piano Pedagogy with Galina Crothers (Queens University Belfast), and has 8 years experience teaching the instrument, with a 100% successful pass rate in Trinity and ABRSM exams.

Tutoring Approach:

All lessons will take place over an ONLINE platform. Whether you want to prepare for a singing exam, or perhaps they want to start a new hobby, then my lessons are an ideal way to learn a new skill. I am also happy to take adult learners, either beginners or improvers. All lessons take a relaxed and friendly approach, and I hope that you will have fun as well as learning how to perform with confidence.
