Personal Description:

ONLINE AND LIVE LESSONS I am a professional violinist based in London, and a recipient of the U.K. government Exceptional Talent Artists. Competition successes include winning 1st prize and the “Gold Medal” special prize in the Queen Sophie Charlotte International Violin Competition, third prize in Tunbridge Wells International Music Competition (the only violinist to reach the final stage), and prizewinner of the Mirecourt International Violin Competition and the Zijincheng International Violin Competition, the Max and Peggy Morgan prize, among others. I am currently a Junior Fellow at the Guildhall school of Music and have completed Artist Diploma and Masters in Performance with distinctions at the Guildhall school. I was also selected by the audition for the London Symphony Orchestra String Scheme. I love teaching and am available for teaching a range of different levels.

Tutoring Experience:

I have had experience teaching at all levels from beginners up to music college level. My former students have auditioned successfully by Guildhall School of Music, Royal College of Music, Royal Northern College of Music, Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, among others.

Tutoring Approach:

I always combine music and technique in my lessons, providing a strong technical base for the student as well as having fun! Particularly interested in helping violinist who are auditioning for music conservatoire and orchestra but I also enjoy teaching students of all levels.
