Personal Description:

I’m a professional drummer working and teaching in and around Leeds . Drums was my first love and it will be my last! I’m passionate, energetic and believe in having as much fun as possible playing music .

Tutoring Experience:

I’ve always taught privately and have experience with both old and young drummers , age is just a number. I’m happy to teach at any level, reading or no reading , grades or no grades. Passing on my experience and knowledge is my main goal.

Tutoring Approach:

I’ve played countless musicals , live shows, festivals, and recorded in studios up and down the country. I want my pupils to get a good understanding of what it’s like to play the drums with other musicians and to play multiple genres of music. I like to work on an individuals strengths and teach the drums focusing on their interests. I enjoy teaching with music and find teaching with two drum kits in my studio highly valuable, this allows for faster progression and more freedom for the student.
