I am a professional Vocal Coach and Singing Teacher, with 13+ years’ experience teaching and performing in London and around the UK. I am comfortable working with singers of any age and level, and focus on developing my students’ sound, technique and confidence whilst keeping their voices healthy.

In addition to singing I can teach keyboard as second instrument and music theory.

I teach students on a 1-2-1 basis and in small groups of up to 4 people.

Tutoring Approach:

My lessons have a different format and content, depending on the level of the student I'm working with.

Beginners will work towards building an excellent technical foundation. My goal is to help to help them become confident singers. My singing classes typically start with a short physical warm-up, followed by breathing and vocal techniques, and work on repertoire. During each class, we will practise exercises tailored to each student individual needs. Under my tutoring, my students can expect to increase their vocal range, improve pitch accuracy, learn how to reach the high notes without tension or breaks and generally sing effortlessly.

With my intermediate students, the emphasis is on perfecting their singing and breathing techniques whilst consolidate their healthy vocal habits. I also work on register awareness, vocal placement, tone quality and vocal delivery. The ultimate goal is to allow them to fulfill their vocal potential.

Lessons with advanced singers usually focus on specific issues / needs individual students might have.
