Personal Description:
In addition to the formal training received on my Bachelors and Masters degree I have taken courses and private lessons with some of the finest trombonists and brass players in the world, including Dudley Bright (London Symphony), Stefan Schulz (Berlin Philharmonic), Canadian Brass, Denson Paul Pollard (Metropolitan Opera Orchestra) and Joseph Alessi (New York Philharmonic) among many others.
I have ample experience playing in wind and brass bands, and brass chamber ensembles worldwide. I have held positions and collaborated as a substitute and as an extra player in many young and professional orchestras in Europe and the USA, such as the Swedish National Orchestra Academy, European Union Youth Wind Orchestra, European Union Youth Orchestra, Royal Symphony Orchestra of Seville (Spain), Navarra Symphony Orchestra (Spain), Málaga Philharmonic Orchestra(Spain), City of Granada Symphony Orchestra (Spain) and Shen Yun Performing Arts Orchestra (USA).
Tutoring Experience:
Currently, I work as a brass tutor for Suffolk County Music Service. I have fifteen years of teaching experience at a wide range of levels and ages, and my teaching abilities have proved successful in the past. I am therefore sure I can help you reach all your goals whatever they are; from trying to pass an entrance examination for a music school or degree, to audition for an orchestra, to improve your skills for playing in your local band or just to learn music and/or play a brass instrument just for fun.
