Personal Description:

Hi my name is Les and I have been playing saxophone for more years than I care to think about. I have played in many bands all over the UK and Europe, playing, festivals theatres and both large and small music venues. I have played lots of different styles of music from being in function bands to bands writing their own material and high profile tribute bans. I still play on a regular basis.

if you're reading this then you probably want to learn to play saxophone ! its a really cool instrument to play and once you've started you'll never stop learning !
My method of teaching is to make learning fun, I do not focus on exams as I have found over the years that many students both young and not so young do not want to go down this path, however if your goal is to pass exams I can guide you along the route to exam success.
I believe every lesson, practice and performance is an opportunity to learn, in essence every time you pick up the instrument you'll learn something… Learning to play saxophone is a life long journey, I have been on the journey for many years, I've met a lot of great people through playing music and its a journey that I would urge everyone to take.
