Information About Kimberley - Chichester teacher

Personal Description:

Hi there!

I am a violinist, currently completing a Masters degree at the University of Chichester Conservatoire, studying music performance. In August 2022 I completed my undergraduate degree in music performance with 1st class honours! I have played at Goodwood festival of speed and revival ball, Abbey Road studios, and have taken part in the University's Chamber Orchestra, Baroque Orchestra, The Sleepy Lagoon Orchestra, and leader of the Spectre Orchestra, which recently did a tour across the south of "A Christmas Carol: The Concert". I have also played in local chamber and symphony orchestras, and I have performed as a soloist and in a quartet for a number of gigs in and around Chichester.

Tutoring Experience:

I have 1 year teaching experience in both violin and music theory, and I would love to have more students so that I can gain some more experience!

Tutoring Approach:

I like to be prepared for my lessons. Once I get to know my student, I can gain an idea of the type of teaching that is required, as well as the student's level of ability. From this, I will find lots of materials, including both exam material and fun material of your choice! I like to have a friendly and relaxed energy when it comes to teaching so that students feel at ease.
