Personal Description:
I graduated BMus (Hons) in Music Performance and Production in 2016. While studying I was performing with various school bands. I teach in English and Polish.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been piano tutor in Forest Hill for the past 8 years. I also teach music theory and prepare students for ABRSM exams.
I can teach remotely via Skype/zoom.
Tutoring Approach:
As a parent myself I have good approach to teaching children. I teach from my own pieces and exercises. I adjust each lesson to the individual students needs, interests and demands. My lessons usually last 40 minutes for children.
I have DBS check.

From Zar (/5): Katherine is a great tutor, really kind and informative. I have a weekly lesson and learn new things each week. Katherine's passion to teach piano really shines through in her lessons, I would really recommend her for adults of children. Her time slots can be flexible, before I found Katherine it was impossible for me to find a tutor that I could go to after work, really pleased I looked on First Tutors and found her.
