My main principle for teaching is to awake the passion for playing and enjoying music in a relaxed atmosphere while setting strong technique foundations. I make every lesson productive, fun and varied. I make students learn music theory at the lessons and I can teach different styles of music.
I pay attention to the student's character and personality and I use special teaching techniques that would help them develop most effectively. I can also prepare students for ABRSM exams.
Although my background is classical music, I am also fascinated by other musical styles such as Jazz, Latin, Latin-jazz and Afro-Cuban, which I would love to share with others.

She is Knowledgable, enthusiastic and reliable. Also if there is any song or piece of music that I am keen to lean, she is able to find or create versions appropriate to my level of expertise which makes learning even more enjoyable.
I recommend Katherine to future students.
