Personal Description:

Hi, I'm Kat, your experienced and passionate piano teacher. My goal is to provide fun filled and interesting piano lessons that would awaken creativity and love for piano music in my students. I consider myself a trustworthy educator with exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills willing to cultivate strong relationship with students and their parents.

Tutoring Experience:

My teaching experience is vast, starting as a young teacher in my homeland of Slovakia, teaching piano, music theory, conducting and leading different types of choirs, organising charity concerts, recording CDs with my students and so on. In the UK I've started as a private piano teacher in 2015 and since then I'm leading students successfully through their graded exams or helping them to learn to play for their own enjoyment and enrichment.

Tutoring Approach:

I'm striving to create inspiring and engaging lessons using methods of simultaneous learning, tailoring to meet students' individual needs, differences and capture their interest and imagination. It's important to me that my students feel special, cared for and successful.
