Personal Description:
Founder of a music school in California (I'm now in Norfolk). Berklee College of Music grad. Teaching music since 1999. Experienced teaching kids and adults: Guitar & Ukulele
I founded Tritone Music Academy in 2005, based in California. We are contracted by public schools to provide after school music programs: group ukulele and guitar lessons. I built the unique program from scratch and authored curriculum for my students.
I recently moved to Norfolk to be closer to family. I want to bring that heavy experience to take on some individual students out here.
My music career began in punk and ska bands when I was a teenager. Then an acoustic-rock singer/songwriter project in University. Finally, after graduating from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, I did several tours and albums with alternative rock bands.
Tutoring Experience:
Private lessons since 1999. My music school, founded in 2005, was mainly group lessons. I have experience working with students aged 6 to adult.
Most of my experience is on guitar. My school California expanded to teaching ukulele to younger students about 10 years ago. I developed the curriculum for instruction on both ukulele and guitar.
Tutoring Approach:
£45/hr of online lessons. +£55 for in person lessons in Acle, +£65 for me to travel to you.
