Information About Julian - Isleworth teacher
This is how 2 referees rated Julian:
I am both an experienced saxophonist and teacher. I studied at Trinity College of Music and have a PGCE. I perform in many different styles with an emphasis on jazz and improvisation. I have toured extensively with my own quartet/quintet and have played on many different recordings.
I am currently Curriculum Leader for Music and the Performing Arts at Richmond Adult College (RACC). I have also taught at schools with exceptional music departments such as the Henrietta Barnett School, Kingston Grammar School, Chiswick Community School and St Aloysius College. I have many private pupils and run workshops and lead jazz bands in the field of education.
All ages and abilities are welcome and I adopt a relaxed and informal approach and gear my lessons to the individual needs of the student. I can teach all styles, improvisation, music theory and all grades.
