Electric & acoustic guitar tuition in the Holmfirth and surrounding areas. Expert one-to-one tuition with an experienced classically trained tutor in the convenience of your own home.
Exam preparation, technique, repertoire building, music theory, sight reading, improvisation, aural development, and rhythm awareness. Learn to play for pleasure or exams.
All abilities welcome. Ages 8 upwards.
Tutoring Experience:
Professional guitar tutor for 20 years with experience teaching in music schools and schools throughout the Kirklees area. Guitar teacher at Oban High School (Argyll, Scotland) and then at Kirklees Music School (Huddersfield, England). Since 2008 I have set up my own guitar teaching business providing high quality online lessons.
Tutoring Approach:
Personal one-to-one online guitar lessons are delivered in 45 minute or 60 minute sessions. Lessons are tailored to your individual needs so that you learn the music you want to play! Relaxed professional teaching lets you develop at a pace that suits you.
