Personal Description:
I'm a 35 year old full time guitarist who teaches Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar and Bass guitar.
I'm a graduate of Imperial College London and The University of Warwick.
I regularly gig with bands around Hertfordshire and London.
Tutoring Experience:
I achieved my grade 8 in rock guitar when I was 17 and have taught guitar part time from that point on wards, whilst gaining various qualifications.
I'm now teaching guitar full time, so I am flexible and can fully devote to the preparing each lesson.
Tutoring Approach:
I specialise in Blues Rock and Hard Rock/Metal with technical and melodic guitar parts, but I have a very diverse taste in music (and therefore style of playing). I spend a lot of time playing folk acoustic guitar and classical guitar these days as well the rock stuff and embrace teaching anything from Bruno Mars to Bach.
I do the first 30 minute lesson for FREE! So come and try the whole guitar thing out and/or get a chance to rate me as a musician and teacher!
I have a home studio which contains a vast quantity of guitar equipment and is ideal for teaching. However, I am also willing to drive to you, and do lessons from your home for a reasonable additional fee. Please contact me for more info on travel arrangements.
