Information About John - Horley teacher

Personal Description:

I am Assistant organist at Arundel Cathedral, and play also in a number of other churches in Surrey, Sussex and London. A Fellow of London College of Music and an Associate of the Royal College of Organists I give a number of recitals and concerts each year. Past recital venue have included St Paul’s Cathedral, Southwark Cathedral, Arundel Cathedral and St Thomas Church New York.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught beginner pupils moving to organ from piano/keyboard, as well as as casual lessons to others.

Tutoring Approach:

I approach teaching from can do perspective, believing that everyone has something to offer. I expect pupils to do their own preparation between lessons as that way progress is more readily achievable.
