Tutoring Approach:
Central to my teaching is the desire to cultivate a love and joy for music-making, whatever your ambitions or commitment may be. Every student is unique, and I let your goals shape the direction of our work together.
For some students, this means focused training with high-level goals. For others, it’s about rediscovering creativity in a more relaxed setting. Either way, I aim to build a lesson experience that’s personal, stimulating, and fulfilling—balancing strong technique with musical expression and curiosity.
I see music as something far greater than notes and technique. It connects people across time and culture and blends emotion, intellect, and imagination. Teaching gives me the opportunity to help others explore this rich and rewarding world.
Our first lesson will be a relaxed conversation about your goals, musical interests, and experience. There’s no pressure—just curiosity and an openness to begin building something meaningful through music.
