Information About Jeremy - Andover teacher

Personal Description:

I’m a church worship leader, Father of four vocal children and husband to a multi talented musical wife. Singing was and is a very personal choice of adventure for me since hearing a Freddie Mercury tribute concert performed by my older brother and his friends at School. From 15 onwards I sought to work out how to stretch my range and develop my voice based on these ‘sensations’ and practice routines my teachers were talking about, since it is not an instrument one can see! The foundation of my training has been classical and opera, but my voice has developed through fronting a rock/pop/funk function band for the last 15 years. I have been known to perform classical sets and did two short operas in London too:)

Tutoring Experience:

I was the singing teacher at the Pauline Quirke Academy (Theatre School) in Eastleigh between 2013 and 2014 and have also done one on one tuition on a casual basis including singers of function bands as well as enthusiasts. I will be beginning a choral group for the home education network in September.
