Personal Description:

I am an international student from India currently in my first year of the B.Music program in Bangor University. I am taking solo performance as part of my module and I plan to focus on piano performance in my second and third year.
I have had opportunities to perform outside of the university since I've been here.

Tutoring Experience:

Before I came to Bangor to study music, I was a piano teacher for 7 years back home in India. I used to teach in a music school and also gave private piano lessons at home.
I was very active in church performances, serving as the church pianist, as the keyboardist in the praise and worship band and also as the pianist for the church youth choir.
I also have a lot of performance experience.
I have taught students as young as five years to mature students so I am quite comfortable teaching anyone.

Tutoring Approach:

I am extremely passionate about teaching. I am a committed and enthusiastic teacher. I know that every student has different needs and that everyone learns at a different pace so I tailor the lessons accordingly.
