Personal Description:
I have been a musician since I was a teenager - with nearly 15 years experience playing in bands and gigs, whilst also recording and playing drums and guitar on several artists albums and EPs - I live and breath music and ultimately strive to bring as much fun and enjoyment to lessons as possible!
Tutoring Experience:
I have taught lessons privately for over 4 years and also have studied music for many years independently as well as through University/Drama School.
Tutoring Approach:
An average lesson with me involves learning and practicing your core elements - chords, scales, rudiements etc but ultimately we move towards what the student wants - eg. songs, guitar solos, drum beats etc, with the goal of making you leave each lesson feeling like you've accomplished/moved towards your goals in becoming a better player.
