A professional musician with thirty years' experience,
I have performed and recorded in both Europe and America, and for the last twenty years taught guitar and music privately as my full-time profession.
Tutoring Experience:
Over twenty years experience of full time private guitar tuition.
During this time I have taught most genres at most levels.
My students have encompassed all ages and abilites.
I have experience of successfully coaching students through all major syllabuses including:
The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
Trinity College.
Rock School.
Trinity Rock and Pop.
Tutoring Approach:
Music is a very personal thing and lessons should be tailored specifically to each individual.
A solid grounding in theory and technique while important, should only be attempted in a manner that is enjoyable for the student.
