Personal Description:

I have played performed and taught the classical Guitar for 40 years and have developed new ways of getting the guitar to respond in the way you want. I was brought up in a Family of professional musicians and singers. Although I have been around for along time I am always looking for new ways to improve my playing, teaching and listening. I love jazz and many classical composers but for some time now I have been focusing on composing and arranging for the guitar, playing themes from films and works of other contemporary composers.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught in the Music Conservatory in Vienna and other institutions with focus on performing arts.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach is collaborative and fun. I very much go by what the student feels he or she wants to learn.
Each person has to find his own style and my job is to support this process.
I like to combine the practical side with some theory (not too much).
I don't mind what literature is preferred and am happy to support individual tastes in music.
