Personal Description:
Thank you for visiting my profile.
My approach to teaching violin and viola is classically-based, focussing on good technical set-up and traditional methods. My repertoire covers classical, modern, folk and traditional styles.
I can accommodate all grades (ABRSM and Trinity), and all ages and standards (beginner, intermediate and advanced).
Please do get in touch for a friendly chat, should the above interest you. I am usually at home in the day and the evening.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching violin and viola for 25 years through private practice and in schools (The Gregg School, Swaythling, Southampton, 2006-2013 and St Mary's College, Southampton, 2009-10).
