Information About Gian Marco - New Malden teacher
This is how 4 referees rated Gian Marco:
I'm an Italian professional violinist since 1990, year when I started teaching and collaborating with several Orchestras in Italy; I studied in Italy and in France with renowned teachers such as Felice Cusano, Jean-Philippe Vasseur, and I collaborated with Roberto Valdes, Frank Preuss, José Francisco del Castillo, Mikhail Bezverkhny amongst others.
I obtained Violin and Viola Diplomas at the Italian Conservatories of Music of Cagliari and Milan, and I have international experience (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, England, Germany, Sweden, Denmark) as a teacher, soloist, orchestra leader, and chamber music player.
I've been asked to adjudicate for competitions, and some of my students won international prizes; I am also the founder and the Director of The Geminiani Project, based in London, with the intent to re-estabilish the original pitch of 432hz.
I speak Italian (native), Spanish, Portuguese, English (fluent), French (basic), and Russian (initial).
I love what I do and I love to get results; in fact I prepare students for auditions, competitions, ABRSM or Trinity exams with 100% of success and final notes as "Distinction".
With plenty of international experience, sometimes with students with learning disabilities, I can proudly say I have been told as "professional, extremely qualified, confident, and passionate".
I always try to understand the student and his/her condition and way of learning; as we are unique individuals, I don't believe in a unique method, but in a personalised approach to get excellent results.
