Personal Description:

I am a pianist, clarinetist and a singer currently studying BA Music (performance and Composition) Final year at Middlesex University London. I have been playing the piano for over fifteen years. I have a positive, fun, enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills. I am organized, resourceful and passionate about the importance of music education. I am able to teach in variety of technical exercises like scales, arpeggios, etc and a variety of musical styles, including classical, contemporary, jazz, understanding music theory and performing live on stage. I am able to make you understand the sessions in a simple and interesting manner. I use an effective variety of teaching techniques to make lessons fun and enjoyable. I was teaching voluntarily as a music teacher at Sacred Heart Convent Sri Lanka. I am currently working in an Academy London as a piano/ keyboard tutor teaching piano for young children.
