Hi, I'm Fennella! I offer a unique learning program tailored to each students' individual interests and specific vocal needs, and best of all I deliver it straight to your doorstep!

Tutoring Experience:

I've been teaching contemporary singing since 2014 when I graduated from Goldsmiths with a degree in Popular Music. I work with absolute beginners, right through to experienced performers and song writers, and am happy to teach people of all ages. I also lead choirs, and work with a youth theatre, and I would love to help out with your group singing project.

Tutoring Approach:

PRACTICE PROPERLY
Unlike other instruments, the voice is delicate, and rehearsing for half an hour a day can seriously damage it, especially if the singer is inexperienced. I will help you to tailor a rehearsal plan that will both suit your vocal needs and fit into your schedule. I will also send you weekly lesson notes and exercises, so that you always have something to reference while practicing.

TRAIN WITH A PROFESSIONAL, BECOME A PROFESSIONAL
I am a professional freelance singer, songwriter, and musician, I am happy to give any advice I can on; finding a band, self promotion and gigging. I can also offer support in songwriting, overcoming stage fright, and getting the most out of your voice when working with a band.

CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
I teach people of all ages and offer specialist teaching for young singers, helping them to nurture their love of music. Young students will have the opportunity to learn new songs from around the world, as well as singing tunes they know and love. I incorporate music theory into fun singing games so that your child has the best possible start.

COST: £30 / Hour
£20 - £25 for shorter lessons for children
Some students prefer to receive their lessons in a music studio I work with in Notting Hill, this costs a small extra studio fee, usually between £4 and £10 depending on the time of the lesson.

DISCOUNTS
I am a firm believer that music shouldn't just be a privilege for the wealthy, so I do offer discounts for students, and those from low income homes. This is reviewed on a case by case basis, please contact me to discuss.
