Piano lessons for adults!
I am an experienced piano teacher. I've been teaching for nearly 20 years all ages and all abilities. I offer a comprehensive exam preparation till diploma level.
My lessons are tailored to students needs and expectations.
I offer music theory exam preparation grades 1-5.
I offer lessons to adults using a holisitc approach.

If you are not finding your motivation, you are not sure how to practice effectively, you struggle to find time for practicing, you have mental blocks, you have stage fright, you are too stressed before exams, or just need some help to make music more effectively don’t hesitate to contact me! I offer life coaching sessions for musicians in my studio or through skype!

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching classical piano for nearly 20 years. I have accompanist and chamber music performance experience. I'm using various methods - the appropriate method for each student, and my own method that I developed during the last years.

I have experience in teaching adults at any level. My lessons are tailored to the needs of my students. If you wish to get a more spiritual experience while playing the piano, I have a piano teaching method with some breath work, meditation, yoga, coaching included.

Tutoring Approach:

One of my most important goal as a teacher is fostering an enjoyment for music that lasts a lifetime. I nurture and develop the appreciation for music. I want my students to become musicians, to express themselves through music with the help of the piano.
I constantly thrive to cultivate excellence in everything that’s done in piano lessons and teach the concepts needed to be a sensitive musician. I use a holistic approach to teaching and to developing the whole personality of my students.
My piano lessons are not about playing the right notes at the right time, they are more a journey to explore your whole being and thrive as a whole person, to find your inner strength, to shine and to express your true self.

However my lessons are fun and enjoyable, I do expect commitment from my students, and help them to achieve their goals!

From David-John (5/5): Just the sort of tutor I was looking for. Very knowledgeable, plenty of very helpful ideas and, for me, equally important, very encouraging.

From John (5/5): Eniko very quickly recognised where I need help and guidance and structured my lessons appropriately. She has provided me with a range of ideas, pieces, exercises and goals which we rotate through lessons. Lessons are always varied and stimulating.

What I particularly like is her holistic approach to music, incorporating a piece, the scales and chords for the piece , explaining relevant musical theory as well as the historical context of the composer and when/why a piece was written. Everything is explained effectively and clearly.

She has helped enormously on my sight reading, giving me a well-structured approach.

Lessons seem to pass very quickly, they are fun! I always look forward to the next one and I am delighted have the opportunity to be taught by Enikő.
