Since graduating from the Royal College of Music with Distinction, I've been lucky enough to build up a career as a professional musician and teacher. I regularly perform with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra and Glyndebourne Touring Opera, and as a highly skilled professional player I enjoy helping to inspire a love of music in others. I’m an encouraging and reliable tutor, happy to work with students at any level or ability.

Tutoring Experience:

I have 12 years of experience teaching in London and my students have an excellent track record in ABRSM and Trinity exams (100% exam pass rate).
I currently hold tutoring positions at;
Hackney Youth Orchestra Trust (since 2008)
Enfield Music Service (since 2014)

Lessons can take place in person at my home (SE25) or online. I also hold a fully enhanced DBS certificate and have attended recent child protection training. Do get in touch to arrange a trial lesson.

Tutoring Approach:

I have a friendly and positive approach. I'm used to adapting lessons to suit each student, making them engaging and inspiring, and I really see the benefits of encouragement and praise in enabling students to reach their potential.
