Information About Ekaterina - Paignton teacher

Personal Description:

I am a classical pianist with over 15 years teaching and performing experience. I received intensive training from a prestigious Russian music college between 1994-1999, and have enjoyed an illustrious music career ever since.
I moved to the UK in 2004, and obtained UK teaching qualifications Dip ABRSM, LRSM and an ATCL Performance Diploma. I am also one half of the classical piano and violin Duo 'Elegance' and Creative Production SW, which gives various performances nationally.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught both in schools and privately, having worked at Exeter Piano Room Piano studio, Rudolf Steiner School, Totnes, Exeter University, Taunton Queens College, where I am currently resident peripathetic tutor.

I am a director of the educational centre, which provides various music services as part of its cirriculum.

I provide accompanying for exams and private recitals up to Dipoma level, and also assist with theory tuition and preparation to ARBSM and Trinity graded exams.

I organise and run theory workshops for small focus groups to provide more practical insight on the graded theory exam.

My pupil's feedback is that I am a friendly and enthusiastic tutor, who will adapt to their needs and always eager to assist with whatever objectives are required.

I provide tuition in Torbay and Exeter areas.
I welcome pupils of all levels, ages and abilities.
I love sharing my experience with my pupils and enhancing their knowledge and ultimately their enjoyment of the piano.
